[CraggyRangers] Craggy – The Origin Off-Road Gloves

If you’re into off-road riding in Taiwan, you’ve probably seen the brand Craggy Rangers.
They’ve sponsored or collaborated with a lot of local enduro and off-road events over the past few years.
That’s also how I got into their gear — I ended up buying their jersey and this pair of gloves.
Craggy – The Origin
These gloves are designed as entry-level competitive off-road gloves.
The thumb, index, and middle fingertips are lined with grippy rubber to help riders maintain precise throttle control.
The palm is noticeably thickened, which I assume is to provide protection during long-distance Enduro rides — both for shock absorption and preventing blisters.
The material is breathable, and I never felt overheated wearing them.
There’s also a conductive strip between the index finger and thumb, so you can use your phone screen without taking the gloves off.

I’ve worn these gloves at:
- RecklessRace Taiwan (sand track race)
- T.T. Enduro at Mt. Kanami
- And many practice rides in between
Even though Craggy – The Origin is quite affordable, keep in mind that they don’t come with knuckle protection.
That said, I’ve crashed a few times during the Mt. Kanami ride, and fortunately, my hands came out fine.
My Take
These gloves are great for practice use.
Fabric off-road gloves tend to wear out fast under rough riding conditions, so durability and affordability matter.
That’s where this pair shines — tough palm, great grip, and easy on the wallet.
Since they’re likely designed for racing, the fit is very snug.
I normally wear size L, but even size XL on these gloves tore a seam when I first put them on!
So I recommend sizing up by 1–2 sizes.
The seller was kind enough to exchange them when I got the wrong size, so thumbs up for that.
Final Thoughts
Craggy – The Origin is a solid entry-level off-road glove with practical features tailored to Enduro riding.
From breathable fabric, reinforced palms, to touchscreen-friendly fingertips — it’s got all the right details to keep you in control, even during long, bumpy, or wet rides.
At this price point, I’d say it offers excellent value.
If you’re looking for a reliable, Taiwan-made off-road glove to train with — this is definitely one worth checking out.
